The Ranch property is remote, but close to a lot of attractions (see below). The altitude is about the same as Santa Fe, around 7000 ft. The road up to the Ranch is unpaved, narrow and curvy and climbs about 1000 ft., so it is not suitable for all drivers, but a thrill for others. Four wheel drive (FWD) is strongly recommended (AWD required) for safe access, and suitable gear for hiking and biking, etc, is definitely in order. The property is securely gated and very private, being well above and away from any surrounding development. From the property experience 360' views of pristine Northern New Mexico high desert and the surrounding mountains (the Sangres, Truchas, Los Alamos, Pedernal, Jemez, Taos, and the Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument). There are no domestic animals on the property. The Ranch has been developed as a Wildlife Habitat. The Ranch is a Singularity, there is nothing else like it!
